What we are building

Ideatura builds precision AI for the most challenging tasks in architectural design. We combine modern AI interfaces, where a gesture, a markup, or a few words are enough, with decades of engineering practice and edge cases built into CAD. The goal is simple: architects should spend their time designing, not clicking through production work by hand.

Who we look for

We are looking for exceptional engineers, the kind who are self-directed, precise, and ship results. We are looking for great teammates just as much: the work is iterating on hard problems together; quite often those problems are open-ended, so the process matters, and it should be fun and easy.

Founding engineer

The work runs across code generation, LLM and VLM systems, and 3D modeling: code that executes against live CAD models, models that read drawings and reason about geometry, and the platform that ties it together.

The domain matters as much as the stack. You will work out what architectural teams need, often before they can name it themselves.

It is a demanding role, and an unusually exciting one. You get to work at the frontier of what AI can do today, in an industry with real depth, and your ideas move straight into the product.
